PLEASE NOTE: Due to the chance of high temperatures , storms and strong winds in the Summer season and for the comfort of our passengers, we will only take bookings from 6.30 am to 10 am 7 days a week. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel a flight with less than 24 hrs notice there is no refund available.
A minimum of 15% deposit is required when booking an adventure flight.
This can be returned with more than 24 hrs notice.
If we have to cancel because of weather or unforseen circumstances you can receive a full refund or move the flight to another time.
15% SURCHAGE APPLIES IF YOU BOOK THROUGH A TRAVEL AGENT.
3% SURCHARGE APPLIES IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD.
Payment can be either by Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa or Cash.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR AMEX. EFTPOS IS NOT AVAILABLE.
There is no refund available for Gift certificates but they can transferred to a different person.
